Shipping and Delivery

Effective: April 2026

Our shipping promise

We dispatch every Monocore order within 48 working hours and rely on Delhivery, Bluedart, and DTDC for last-mile delivery across India. Most metro deliveries land within 2–4 business days; non-metro and tier-2 cities take 4–7 business days. You'll always know where your order is — we send a tracking link by SMS and email the moment your package leaves us.

Where we ship

We currently ship across India only. Every Indian PIN code is serviceable through at least one of our courier partners. International shipping is on our roadmap — write to contact@monocoretrading.com if you'd like us to add your country to the list of requests we're tracking.

Shipping charges

  • Free shipping on all orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): no extra charge.
  • All prices are inclusive of taxes. No hidden fees at checkout.

Order processing

  • Orders placed by 5 PM IST on a working day are dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 5 PM, on Sundays, or on national/public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
  • You'll receive a dispatch confirmation by email and SMS with the tracking number and a live tracking link.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather events, transport strikes, courier-side disruptions, and Indian festival weeks (Diwali, Holi, Eid) can extend delivery by 1–3 days. If your order is delayed beyond the estimate, we'll notify you proactively — you won't have to chase us.

Tracking your order

The tracking link in your dispatch email and SMS goes live within a few hours of pickup. You can also find your order under Account → Orders at monocore.shop. If the tracking shows no movement for more than 48 hours, write to contact@monocoretrading.com with your order number and we'll chase it with the courier directly.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available across India.
  • No additional charge.
  • Cash payment must be made in full at the time of delivery. Couriers don't accept partial payments.
  • For COD orders above Rs. 5,000, our courier partner may verify the order by phone before dispatch. If we can't reach you within 24 hours, the order is held until we hear back.

Address changes before dispatch

Need to change the delivery address? Email contact@monocoretrading.com with your order number within 12 hours of placing the order. Once a package is handed off to the courier, address changes are no longer possible.

Cancellations before dispatch

You can cancel any order before it's dispatched by replying to your order confirmation email or writing to contact@monocoretrading.com. Full refund is initiated within 2 business days. Once dispatched, cancellation isn't possible — you can refuse delivery and we'll process it as a return per our Refund Policy.

Delivery attempts

Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts at the address you provided. If all three attempts fail (no one available, address inaccessible, or wrong address), the package returns to us. We'll email you to coordinate a redelivery. If we don't hear back within 7 days of return-to-origin, your order is processed as a return per our Refund Policy.

Damaged or missing packages

We package every order to handle Indian roads — but if something goes wrong:

  1. Damaged package: take a photo of the package before opening if the damage is visible from outside. Email contact@monocoretrading.com with your order number and photos within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Missing package: if your tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, or your package hasn't arrived 7 days past the estimated delivery window, write to us with your order number.

We'll either re-send the order at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.

Holidays and force majeure

Some delays are outside our control: weather, transport strikes, regional disturbances, government restrictions, and courier-side service disruptions. In those cases we'll update you with revised timelines as soon as we have them.
