Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

This document is an electronic record in terms of the Indian Contract Act 1872; the Information Technology Act 2000, the rules made thereunder; and the amended provisions pertaining to the electronic records in various other statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000.

This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

These Terms of Use are a legally binding agreement between you as the user(s) of the Website (referred to as "you", "your" or "User" hereinafter) and the Company (referred to as "we", "us", "our" or "Company").

These Terms & Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of our website and any purchase made through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Eligibility

To place an order on our website, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information during the ordering process.
  • Possess a valid payment method accepted by us.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

3. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display product colours, fabric textures, and dimensions as accurately as possible. However, due to the nature of digital screens, slight variations in colour may occur and do not constitute a defect.

All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. MONOCORE reserves the right to limit the quantity of any product and to discontinue any item at any time.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

We accept the following modes of payment:

  • Credit Cards / Debit Cards
  • UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
  • Net Banking
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) - subject to a mandatory prepayment of 15% of the total order value at the time of placing the order, and a shipping surcharge as stated at the time of checkout.

COD orders that are refused at delivery without a valid reason may be flagged and may result in restrictions on future COD eligibility for that customer.

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price and notify affected customers promptly.

5. Order Confirmation & Processing

Once an order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your order details. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order; it is merely an acknowledgement.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order prior to dispatch due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or fraud prevention measures. In case of cancellation, any amount paid will be refunded to your original mode of payment.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days, subject to product availability.

6. Shipping & Delivery

MONOCORE ships across India. Estimated delivery timelines vary by location and are communicated at checkout. Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, natural disasters, or other force majeure events. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon dispatch.

MONOCORE does not currently ship internationally unless specifically stated on the website.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the MONOCORE website - including but not limited to the brand name, logo, product images, copy, and design - is the exclusive intellectual property of MONOCORE TRADING and is protected under applicable Indian IP laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from our website without prior written consent from MONOCORE.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, MONOCORE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that specific order.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in NEW DELHI.

In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute may be escalated to appropriate legal forums.

10. Amendments

MONOCORE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
